Is there a majime App?

We have a responsive website that behaves even better than an app. Just save the bookmark to

Where can I change my anamnesis data?

Please go to > Your profile > Anamnesis.

Where can I find my certificate?

Go to Profile > Certificate. There you will find your certificate, in addition you will receive it via email after finishing the course. Please note that you have to do and confirm your majime exercise program for 10 weeks. Afterwards you will receive your certificate via email.

What is so special about majime?

I am sick. Can I continue training?

First of all, I wish you a quick recovery and a good recovery. In case of doubt, please consult your doctor of confidence. Are additional sports units useful and if so, which ones?

How many times a week should I train?

It depends on your performance level and your personal goals. You could alternate more intensive units with less intensive units or take a break after each training day

Should one train with sore muscles?

take more time for your warm up, run our warm up and mobility program longer and more intensive. Depending on how you feel afterwards, you can either start the training session or leave it at that, this warming up will help you to reduce the pain caused by sore muscles and to be more efficient again.

When should you train? (morning/noon/evening)

whenever it suits you and your daily planning, just remember that you complete your training session completely.

What do I have to consider when building up muscles?

based on your anamnesis you have already received the optimal training plan and nutrition plan, now it is simply a matter of consistently and consistently pursuing your goals.

I have a metabolic disorder. Can I still take part?

Yes you are very welcome to participate in our health program, if you have special dietary requirements you can always contact us – we are always here for you.

How much should you lose weight per week?

Weight gain - Why is my weight increasing?

How do I do the exercises correctly?

Pause the video if necessary and rewind and try to follow the explanations and keep the form.

The breaks are too short, what can I do?

You can stop the video at any time and take a longer break. You can then improve and as a progress you can shorten the break times as soon as you feel ready.

What sports courses are there?

Do I have to be particularly athletic to play sports with majime?

Based on your personal anamnesis we will select the appropriate health plan for you, you can always rely on your majime team of experts

Will there be more fitness videos?

yes from autumn! We are working daily on new modules for you. You can find great tips and tricks on this topic in our blog and the weekly podcast!

Stagnation - no more success - what should be changed?

The majime health course is for more than just losing weight. Through our different modules and the daily evaluation you can improve your exercise, nutrition and relaxation to a healthier lifestyle. The health score in your profile shows you your overall development. How is your development there? We would like to achieve more with you in the long run! Our nutritional concept and meal suggestions are based exactly on your information and your goals from your medical history. Check again under My Profile > Anamnesis to see if all the information is correct. If everything is correct here and you still haven’t experienced any changes due to your majestic health course so far, it would be helpful to increase your exercise beyond the health course and make your everyday life more active. This means planning further training sessions with majime or even running more with a pedometer.

Should one lose weight or build muscles first?

With your information from the anamnesis, both is possible with majime. We will calculate your calorie and nutritional requirements and then create your meal suggestions. If you lead an active life and do more than two training sessions per week, your majime nutrition plan will help you to improve your muscles and at the same time reduce body fat, depending on your training goals.

After 10 successfully completed weeks of majime exercise program, you will receive your certificate automatically via e-mail. You will then simply forward it to your health insurance company and shortly afterwards you will receive the refund.

May I ask why you want to delete your customer account? At majime we are very interested in offering you the best individual experience and maybe I can help you to improve your customer experience. If you still want to delete your account, I will gladly do that for you.

Is payment by instalments possible?

Unfortunately we do not offer payment by instalments.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Yes, the subscription is automatically extended by one month.

Can I suspend my subscription?

Our subscription can be cancelled at any time at the end of a month.

Will my 10 week program automatically extend?

No, the 10-week program does not extend automatically. May I ask whether you are currently satisfied with our program? Your health insurance company subsidises up to two 10-week exercise programmes per year. You can easily extend your program under Profile > My program > Extend program.

How do I change my billing address?

Please go to your profile > Edit profile > There you can enter your new address.

How can I turn off WhatsApp email messages?

Please go to your profile > Privacy > Notifications there you can turn the Whatsapp – E Mail messages on and off.

I have a question about my bill. Who can I contact?

How do I change my payment details?

Please go to your profile > My program > Payment method. There you can choose your new payment method.

Are the training videos available in other languages?

Yes, you can watch majime in English. When registering your account, choose English as your language instead of German as the default.

Where can I find my invoice?

Go to Profile > Invoice documents. There you will find your invoices.

How much is the reimbursement from my health insurance?

The amount of your reimbursement depends on your health insurance company. You can find out how much you will be reimbursed at www.majime.de/krankenkassenrechner

How long should I relax?

We recommend you to relax at least once a day with one of our relaxation videos for 5 minutes.

Are there more relaxation modules/videos?

I live a vegan/vegetarian life or have a food intolerance. Are there nevertheless suitable

During your anamnesis you have the possibility to indicate your nutritional preferences. Our database contains more than 200 recipes that take into account all possible nutritional preferences.

I am dissatisfied with the diet plan. What can I do?

Can I drink alcohol during the program?

Of course, alcohol may be drunk in moderation as long as your recovery and training are not negatively affected and you pay attention to your calorie intake.

Do I have to starve to lose weight?
